Paul is a qualified teacher.
Paul has worked in private practice for over 10 years. A few years ago, Paul moved into private practice full time, in order to reach a wider range of clients.
Having worked in the private healthcare insurance industry for several years, Ria decided to combine her passion with her work and trained to be a counsellor.
Ria is a qualified and registered Counsellor based in Bexhill, East Sussex. She has a degree in Person Centred Counselling, having amassed experience in the areas of bereavement, loss, terminally ill, suicide, substance misuse, and working with adolescents’ mental health.
Ria continues to grow her ever growing tool kit, using person centred principles, motivational interviewing, solution focused methods and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
